The receiver was made by Springfield and marked by Harvester. The receiver was part of the quality control process to get Harvester’s production on track. The receiver is identified as Springfield by the three zeros stamped on the receiver they are small but easily seen if you look. This is another rare variation of the International Harvester produced M1 rifles. All the parts and the stock are correct and the barrel is LMR 1952. There is an article in the safe concerning the three zeros that should go with the rifle.
