The parts in the rifle are all correct Springfield parts. Barrel Dated: July 1943, Apparently the rebuild only amounted to an inspection and reproofing the rifle. The stock is correctly marked with a SA GHW cartouche. This rifle is a correct WW2 rifle and thus is worth more than the $1600 I paid for it.
