Williams), includes North and Judd Anchor Hallmark Western Cowboy Spurs 10 point, includes letter, sn: 329207, from Mr. Davis's records: I purchased the gun from Tim Truex who was the son of Erret Glee Truex. He was the representative of the Reliance Shirt Company at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary. It was under these circumstances that he met Lawarence A. Williams who was serving a life sentence for a killing in which he used the Colt listed above. Mr. Williams gave Mr. Truex the gun, gun belt, and spurs sometime between 1920 and 1925.
