All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Attending the Inspection is highly recommended so you, the bidder, can judge the quality of the items for yourself.

The PAYMENT/PICK-UP DAY for this auction is Thursday, July 30, 4:00-6:00 pm.
Please make sure you are aware of this date before bidding. Please be sure to bring any tools, boxes, packing materials and help needed to remove and load your items.
Bidding will start ending at 7:00 pm Eastern. Four (4) Lots will close every minute, starting with Lots 1-4.
This auction's bidding will be subject to "auto extend". In "auto extend", if a bid is placed on a Lot within 5 minutes of closing, it will extend the end time of that Lot by 5 minutes.
When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn’t automatically jump to your "max bid". Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increased as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.
There will be no Indiana sales tax except on titled vehicles. A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM will be added to each purchase.
