All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Attending the inspection is highly recommended so you, the bidder, can judge the quality of the items for yourself.
The INSPECTION DAY for this auction is Tuesday, June 23 from 4-7 pm. Location: Catalogs "1" & "2" - Site "A": 119 E. Chestnut St., Corydon, IN 47112, Catalog "3"- Site "B" - House, 3415 Damon Dr., Ramsey, IN 47166, Catalog "4" - Site "C" - Shop., 3415 Damon Dr., Ramsey, IN 47166, Catalog "5" - Site "D" - Portable Bldg., 3415 Damon Dr., Ramsey, IN 47166.
The PAYMENT/PICK-UP DAYS for this auction are Wed. July 1 from 3-6 PM - Site "A" Corydon & Thurs. July 2 from 3-6 PM - Sites "B-D". Please make sure you are aware of these dates before bidding. Please be sure to bring any tools, boxes, packing materials and help needed to remove your items.
SHIPPING of items is available upon request. Packing & shipping will be done by the Corydon UPS Store. Winning bidders will pay them directly for shipping, insurance, etc.
We have adjusted the ending times of the auction lots. Catalog #1: Bidding Ends Mon. June 29 at 6:00 PM, Catalog #2: Bidding Ends Mon. June 29 at 7:30 PM, Catalog #3: Bidding Ends Tues. June 30 at 5:00 PM, Catalog #4: Bidding Ends Tues. June 30 at 6:00 PM, Catalog #5: Bidding Ends Tues. June 30 at 7:30 PM. Lots in each catalog will close 4 lots every minute starting at the designated end time of that catalog. Also, note that bidding for this auction is subject to "auto extend". In "auto extend", if a bid is placed on a lot within 5 minutes of closing, it will extend the end time of that lot by 5 minutes.
When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn’t automatically jump to your "max bid". Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increased as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.
There will be no Indiana sales tax except on licensed vehicles or trailers. A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM will be added to each purchase.
