BEFORE YOU BID! Please READ THE AUCTION TERMS. The auction terms are located at the bottom of the Auction Info / View Auction page. Information included in the terms are payment info, buyer’s premiums, inspection, and pick-up info as well as shipping info.

INSPECTIONS: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. No refunds or adjustments.

INSPECTION:

• Mon Oct 31 (by appointment- Please call office to schedule your appointment!)

PICK-UP DAY:

• Wednesday, Nov 2, (by appointment only - winning bidders will receive info to sign up)
• Winning bidders are responsible for removing and loading all items.
• A tractor & operator will be on site to assist with loading on Wednesday.
• Please plan and bid accordingly.

PAYMENTS:

• For invoices over $3,000, payments must be made using wire transfers. The wire transfers must be verified by Beckort Auctions before items are picked up.
• For invoices of $3,000 or less, checks or cash will be accepted. (And cards with 3% processing fee.) Checks and cash payments will be accepted at the site. (Checks payable to "Beckort Auctions".) Please call the office for card payments at 812-738-9476.

STAGGERED ENDING TIMES & EXTENDED BIDDING: Bidding will start ending at 6:00 pm Eastern. Two (2) lots will close every minute. Note this is subject to "auto extend". In auto extend, if a bid is placed on a lot within 5 minutes of closing, it will extend the end time of that one lot by 5 minutes.

Please plan accordingly and consider using "max bids" if you can't monitor the whole auction. (Last lot scheduled for 6:30 pm Eastern.)

MAXIMUM BID: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price does not automatically jump to your "max bid". Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increased as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM will be added to each purchase.

INDIANA SALES TAX: There is no sales tax on any lots in this online auction.
